It was a rainy, but perfect, day Sunday, Aug. 17, when WVU coaches and players hosted the annual Football 101 program at Mountaineer Field for a group of more than 125 women – including moi. The Dominion Post captured highlights in this video, with senior offensive lineman Michael Calicchio talking about the day. I was excited to see that I made the b-roll footage with my snap.
I think you were supposed to keep your head up when snapping, so you could see that 300-pound nose tackle about to knock you on your behind. Looks like a blast!
